Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Solmira and to every agreement concluded between Solmira and the consumer. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

3. The Offer

All offers and product descriptions on the website have been compiled with care. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Solmira. Images accompanying products are a true representation, but minor deviations are possible and do not constitute a shortcoming.

4. The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the conditions stipulated, i.e., at the moment the order and payment are completed.

5. Prices

All stated prices are in euros and include VAT. Solmira reserves the right to change prices. Orders already placed will be charged at the price that applied at the time of ordering.

6. Delivery

Solmira works with producers and shipping partners in Asia. This may result in longer delivery times than with local webshops, typically between [6 and 9 business days]. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. Delays caused by the carrier or customs are beyond Solmira's control; we do our best to proactively inform you about them.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

For the right of withdrawal, the return procedure, and refunds, please refer to our Returns & Refunds page, which forms an integral part of these general terms and conditions.

8. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website. Solmira guarantees appropriate security for your payment data.

9. Complaints

Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted in a timely manner, fully and clearly described, to support@solmira.nl, after the consumer has discovered the defects. Solmira aims to respond within 14 days.

10. Liability

Solmira is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect use of the product or failure to follow the instructions for use. Our products are not intended as a substitute for medical advice or medical treatment.

11. Force Majeure

Solmira is not obliged to fulfill any obligation if prevented from doing so due to force majeure, which includes delays with producers, carriers, or customs beyond its control.

12. Applicable Law

All agreements between Solmira and the consumer are governed by Dutch law.
